Club de food x ACAL EVENTS
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between ACAL EVENTS, operating under the trade name “Club de Food” (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”), and its clients (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”).
Club de Food represents a collective of food trucks operated and/or managed by ACAL EVENTS. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
2. Orders
An order shall be considered final and binding upon:
Acceptance and signature of the quotation by the Client; and
Receipt of a 25% deposit of the total amount.
Any modification to the order must be communicated in writing and may result in a revision of pricing and/or service conditions.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices stated in quotations are expressed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT included).
A 25% deposit is required upon confirmation of the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid within 14 days of invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In the event of late payment:
Late payment interest will be applied in accordance with the applicable legal rate; and
A fixed compensation fee of €40 will be charged for recovery costs.
4. Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation by the Client:
More than 30 days before the event date: full refund of the deposit.
Between 30 and 15 days before the event date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Less than 15 days before the event date: the deposit will be retained as compensation.
5. Responsibilities
The Provider undertakes to deliver services in accordance with agreed quality standards.
However, the Provider shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure or any unforeseen event beyond its control that prevents the execution of the service (including but not limited to severe weather conditions, government restrictions, accidents, or technical failures).
6. Access, Logistics and Electricity
The Client is responsible for ensuring that:
Adequate space is available for the installation of the food truck(s);
Access to the location is safe, unobstructed, and suitable for vehicle entry and exit;
A dedicated electrical connection is provided, with a minimum capacity of 2x16 amps (16A)/foodtruck, exclusively reserved for the food truck and not shared with other equipment.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays, additional charges, or inability to perform the service, without liability for the Provider.
7. Image Rights
Unless otherwise notified in writing prior to the event, the Client authorizes the Provider to use photographs taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes (including website, social media, and printed materials).
8. Disputes and Jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTCS shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the registered office of ACAL EVENTS.
9. Personal Data
Personal data collected in connection with orders is used solely for order management and customer follow-up. It will not be shared with third parties without the Client’s consent, except where required by law.
